Sumatra Blue Batak
Earthy, low-acid, and full-bodied — the dark-roast lover’s single origin.
cedardark cocoatobacco
The story
Wet-hulled the traditional Sumatran way, which gives it that signature earthy, cedar-and-cocoa heaviness with almost no acidity. We roast it medium-dark — the only coffee on our list that goes that far — for the regulars who want body, depth, and a cup that stands up to cream.
