Guji Natural
A natural Ethiopian that tastes like a basket of blueberries.

The story
From the Shakiso area of Guji, dried on raised beds for three weeks. The natural process pushes the heirloom varietals into full-on blueberry-and-jasmine territory, grounded by a dark-chocolate finish. This is the coffee we hand to people who say they “don’t like fruity coffee” to change their mind.
