The story
A single-farm washed Pink Bourbon from the Realpe family in Huila. We’ve bought from them four years running. It’s the rare coffee that’s genuinely great both ways — a clean, apple-and-caramel filter, and a sweet, syrupy single-origin espresso. A great place to start if you’re new to single origins.
