Allergen note: our drinks and food are prepared in a shared space that handles milk, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, and gluten (wheat). We can’t guarantee any item is free of trace allergens. Alt milks (oat, almond, soy) are available on every drink at no charge — just ask. Tell your barista about any allergy and we’ll do our best.

Sourcing & tasting notes

Sourcing note: we buy green coffee through direct-trade and specialty importer relationships, paying transparent prices above Fair Trade and commodity benchmarks. Where a coffee is certified organic or Fair Trade, it’s labeled on the bag. Roast dates are printed, never “best by.”

Reviews reflect individual guests’ experiences. Tasting notes are descriptive, not ingredients — coffees do not contain the fruits or flavors named.

Menu & pricing

Menu prices and bean prices shown are illustrative for this template and may not reflect current café pricing. Seasonal items, market lots, and availability change; the board in the café is the source of truth.

The bean subscription, account, billing, and recurring shipping are planned online features. In this template, subscribing does not create a real charge or recurring shipment. Cadence, skip, and pause would be managed from your account.
