The story
A few times a year we get a tiny, extraordinary lot — a competition-grade Gesha, an experimental anaerobic, a farm’s very best day-lot. We roast it light, bag it numbered, and put it on the board until it’s gone. Subscribers get first dibs. If you see it, don’t wait.
